General Booking and Payment Policies All reservations must be requested at least 14 days before departure. In most cases, we will arrange and confirm your flights when you contact us with all the details. You will be given a complete quote for your tour or package that will be valid for 3 to 7 days. If you want us to confirm the land arrangements, we will e-mail you a credit card form to fill out. This form also lists your specific cancellation penalties. We usually ask for an up front payment of 50% of the total amount. Once your land arrangements are confirmed as requested, your credit card will be charged for the initial amount and your airline tickets will be issued. The final payment is usually due 45 days before departure from US, at which point we issue your prepaid trip vouchers for tours, hotels, trains, transfers, or any other services purchased. Purchase of optional cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. |
